Dispatch
Orders received on-line are acknowledged by email. Goods are made up to order, and you will receive a further email to inform you when they have been dispatched. We aim to dispatch goods within seven days of receiving your order.Delivery
Goods are mailed to the delivery address you specify. Packages to destinations outside the UK are sent via Airmail. We cannot guarantee a delivery date, as this is dependent on the speed of the mail service in the destination country. For deliveries within the United Kingdom, please allow up to six working days after the dispatch date. For deliveries outside the UK, please allow up to ten working days from dispatch.Delayed or Lost Items
If your order has not arrived within the period stated above, it is advisable to check with your local mail sorting office, as it is possible that they were unable to deliver the package to you for some reason.Customs
Goods ordered for delivery overseas may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the receiving country. In such cases the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of that country. If you are the recipient, you yourself are liable for all additional charges that may be due. Since customs policies vary from country, we cannot determine whether the goods will incur duties or what the amount might be. Your local customs office will help you if you require further information. The goods and their value in British Pounds are listed on the outside of the package. If you return an item to us in its original condition within 30 days of the dispatch date we shall refund its value less our delivery charges, but you will be responsible for meeting the cost of returning the item to us.If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we shall refund the full value of the item, including our delivery charges, and shall reimburse you for the delivery costs you incur.
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item with all the contents in the original packaging.
